During our board meeting in April, we heard from the U.S. Coast Guard on the Kulluk response and Tesoro on their Alaska operations, and received a briefing from Nuka Research and the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation on the US Coast Guard’s proposed rulemaking on preemption of state regulations.
