Cook Inlet RCAC publicizes board and committee meetings through press releases and advertisements in local newspapers in the region. The Council also advertises meetings through public service announcements on community calendars to encourage attendance from all regional citizens. All meetings, except executive sessions when used, are open to the public. All visitors including industry, government, or the public are invited to comment at these meetings. Quarterly-meeting locations are rotated through Cook Inlet communities to ensure participation from all stakeholders and board members.
