Michael Munger has been the Executive Director of Cook Inlet RCAC since 2003 after serving 2 years as CIRCAC's Director of Operations. Mike brings over 32 years experience working with the oil industry in Alaska both in Cook Inlet and the North Slope. He worked for the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation from 1989 to 2000 during which time he served as an Environmental Specialist responsible for regulatory oversight of all Cook Inlet exploration, production, and refining facilities.

Susan Saupe received a B.S. in Chemistry (1985) and an M.S. in Chemical Oceanography (1990) from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. From 1984-88, she worked in the Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort seas on several OCSEAP-funded projects. From 1988-91, Susan worked for the Ecosystems Center in Woods Hole, MA developing methods for determining stable isotope ratios and concentrations of DOC and DON for modeling estuarine systems. In 1990, Susan returned to Alaska temporarily for an intertidal invertebrate study and returned permanently in 1991. She joined Cook Inlet RCAC as Director of Science and Research in 1996.

Vinnie assumed the duties as the Director of Operations in February 2006. His background includes a 20-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard with an extensive background in Marine Safety as a pollution investigator, boarding officer, vessel engineer, and operator. He holds a Tankerman's license, commercial driver's license, and is qualified in all aspects of spill response. After his retirement from the Coast Guard, he worked as a Vessel Manager for Alaska Maritime Agencies; followed by employment with Cook Inlet Spill Prevention and Response, Inc. (CISPRI), as a Logistics Technician and later as an Oil Spill Tecnician. He and Robin, his wife of thirty years, have been residents of the Kenai area since 1990. Residing in Nikiski, they enjoy motorcycling, fishing and spending time with their nine grandchildren.

Lynda Giguere

Originally from Maine, Lynda is a 38-year Alaska resident with an extensive background in media, public and government relations. Her 23 years in state government service began as the personal secretary to former Gov. Jay Hammond. She also worked as a legislative staffer, press office assistant for former Gov. Tony Knowles, Special Assistant for Communications to the Commissioner of Labor, Public Information Officer and member of the oil spill response team for the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, and as a Public Information Officer for the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services. In the private sector, Giguere headed marketing and promotions for Perseverance Theatre, was program director for a national strategic communications firm, PR consultant, and wilderness guide for Alaska Discovery Expeditions. Lynda joined Cook Inlet RCAC in July 2012.

When Jerry moved to Alaska from St. Louis in May of 2009, he brought along the experience of a 35-year career in real estate, including association management; government affairs advocacy; codes, standards and regulatory administration; corporate communications; event planning; contract management; and coalition building. Jerry joined the Cook Inlet RCAC in July, 2011. Jerry and his wife Cindy live in Nikiski, and enjoy traveling, cooking, sea kayaking, hiking, and fishing.

Dinelle grew up in Wiesbaden, Germany and moved to Alaska in 1989 from Prescott, Arizona. She has lived on the Kenai Peninsula since 1992. Dinelle graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University. She has been a volunteer at the Food Bank since 2006 and enjoys spending time with her children by attending their various sporting events.

Maritta has worked for Cook Inlet RCAC since 2006 with a background in accounting, contracts, and business management, and is certified in Federal Grant Management. She enjoys attending her daughter's sporting events, gardening, DIY projects and photography.
